German-Russian Science Forum on the topic "Green transformation of the world economy"

On 17 and 18 March, the IOER together with the German House of Science and Innovation (DWIH) in Moscow and other partners invites interested parties to a German-Russian Science Forum. The event will be held virtually in German and Russian.

The Forum will focus on the topic "Green Transformation of the Global Economy from a German and Russian Perspective". Among others, the following questions will be discussed:

  • Are joint solutions on climate change and environmental protection issues conceivable for the EU and Russia?
  • How does the Covid-19 pandemic affect the climate agenda of Russia and Germany?

Scientists and experts from Germany and Russia, representatives of authorities, universities and scientific organisations from both countries will discuss these questions and other aspects with the participants of the event.

The German-Russian Science Forum will take place virtually on the Zoom platform on 17-18 March from 1 to 4.30 p.m. (CET). The forum will be held in German and Russian with simultaneous translation. Registration for the event is required.
