Important! Some of the (analysing) tools refer to the active layer. If the active button in the layers list is available, select the requested one. It isn't necessary to refresh the map.
Zoom in/ zoom out function: By a simple click in the map the scale factor changes at a constant value. By drawing a rectangle with the mouse you can choose the factor by yourself.
To measure a distance in the map: This tool serves to measure a distance or connected sections in the map. The result appears in the upper left hand side of the map. With the selection of another tool these fields will disappear.
Overview map function: By a click in the overview map you can move the centre of the displayed map section to this point.
Tip to expatiate: Push the button F11 !
