By train:
The institute is located in Dresden, about 2.000 m east of the central train station ("Hauptbahnhof"). The bus line No. 66 (directions Nickern or Lockwitz) and the tram line No. 11 (direction Zschertnitz) operate to the institute. "Strehlener Platz" is the name of the bus stop and the tram station next to the institute. Further information on schedules and fares can be obtained at www.dvb.de.

By air:
A train connection ("S-Bahn Linie S 2") operates from Dresden-Klotzsche international airport to the central train station ("Hauptbahnhof").

By car:
Coming from the motorway A 17: Leave the motorway A 17 at the exit "Dresden-Südvorstadt" and take national road No. 170 ("B 170"), direction city centre ("Zentrum"). At the crossroad Bergstraße/Zellescher Weg ("Nürnberger Platz") turn right into Zellescher Weg and again left after 1200 m into Ackermannstraße. After 300 m you reach the "Weberplatz".

Leave the motorway A 4 at the exit "Dresden Hellerau" and take national road No. 170 ("B 170"), direction city centre ("Zentrum"). In the city centre, change to national road No. 172 ("B 172"), direction Pirna. At the Strehlener Platz, turn right into Ackermannstraße and again left after 300 m.
